1 General Introduction

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

9baje is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to create an account or play any games.

The following individuals are not eligible to use 9baje:

• 9baje employees and their immediate family members

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits are usually processed instantly. If there is a delay due to banking or network issues, it will be resolved within 2 hours.
• Deposits from a mobile number registered under another person's name will not be accepted.

Withdraw

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the mobile banking number registered to your account.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.

General Bonus Terms

• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirements (typically 5–10x the bonus amount).
• Using multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or mobile number to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus offers will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

6 Gaming Rules

Lottery Draw

• Draws take place at scheduled times. If a draw is postponed due to technical issues, it will be held at the next scheduled time.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before your account is closed.

• Terms Violation
• Involvement in prohibited activities
• Providing false information during KYC verification
• Extended account inactivity (over 12 months)

• If you are unable to participate in a game due to loss of internet connection
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways
